Crash Course in Compassion Training
We have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at ADJUST.
Research shows that having a circle of support is a key factor in actively healing ourselves after a loss. The miseducation we've been taught for decades about grief, death, and loss are not only incomplete; they are actually causing additional suffering and isolation in the community.
At ADJUST, we'd like to help communities to become more compassionate and also course correct societal norms for the future needs of those who have not yet experienced this difficult part of life.
Get in touch with us today and see how you can lend a helping hand with this program.
Tackling the Issue
At ADJUST, we facilitate small group discussions to create a safe space and a sense of community to explore our universal and individual experiences, ask questions and allay fears together.
We'll walk through our own grief journeys knowing that we are not alone, and that there is respite and help available when we need it most.
During our time together, we'll develop our own personal strategies to empower us as unique individuals to rebuild our life; and write the new chapters one day, one word at a time.
Making a Difference
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us better prepare ourselves manage our unique situations with strategies and toolkits we build through the shared group experiences.
We seek to empower our ADJUST family members and to build the surrounding communities' awareness so that support is there when we all need it.
